Nico Lumma

Nico Lumma is one of Germany’s leading social media experts. He served as CCO for Digital Pioneers N.V. in Hamburg and is a co-founder of the association D64—Center for Digital Progress.

In 2007, Nico Lumma was named one of the top 20 Web 2.0 pioneers in Germany by *Tomorrow* magazine. He is a member of the SPD Party Executive Committee’s discussion group on internet policy. According to Wirtschaftswoche 19/2012, Nico Lumma is one of the 100 most influential figures in the German Internet industry.
