Datillum – telling dates

A datillum is an illustrated date. It is often quite hard to remember historic dates. Pictures can contribute to memorising abstract dates more easily.

Dates are given a meaning by integrating their constituent numbers into an illustration. These numbers of the dates are perceived and memorised as part of a picture.

Offering an overview of various different historical topics, the Datillum book series presents history in a truly unprecedented manner.
