Alex Römer is copywriter and concept designer. He trained professionally at Jung von Matt, Hamburg at the end of the nineties and founded Jung von Matt / Spree with a couple of colleagues in 2000. When in 2002 he set up his own business with his partner Thomas Wildberger, they were the first independent copywriting team in Germany. After working for about five years for international agencies in Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Prague and Zurich, they set up their own agency in 2007, Römer Wildberger, Berlin. Since 2013, Alex Römer is sole managing director and has a teaching assignment at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. Alex Römer is member of ADC Germany since 2002; he has won over 100 national and international awards.
